“Mark definitely gets 5 stars from me. I used to live in Maryland and still stay there from time to time because I have family there. On my most recent trip, I had planned to buy a car from the auto auction where I bought my current car and called Mark in advance about checking out some of the auction cars before the auction. Mark spent probably about an hour total on the phone with over the course of 3-4 calls discussing my plans. I could tell Mark knew his stuff over those calls. Then, about an hour before we were supposed to meet, I learned that the auction no longer allows the inspections that Mark was going to do. Mark graciously accepted to cancel our appointment without any fee after all the effort he had put into it. I will definitely contact Mark again if I need something in the area”

"I would highly recommend giving Mark a call if you need RV service in the DC metro area. Our propane furnace was starting flake out on us. I called Mark about the AC units on our Georgetown GT5 motorhome and we discussed the problem. Mark agreed to come and test/diagnose both units for us. First, he gave me some things to check and try to make sure that we had all the information we needed to go forward. We scheduled a date & time for him to inspect the units. In the meantime, I did exactly what he suggested and determined that it was 'operator error' and there was no need for a service call. Talk about "No Bad Stuff!" When I called him to cancel the service he was just as courteous and friendly. I will most definitely call him the next time I need repairs. Truly "No BS!" just good friendly service, at a fair price. I highly recommend No BS Repair. Thanks for all of your help Mark!

I called Mark on a Saturday and explained that my A/C was out in our 5th wheel. He was on time and diagnosed it in about 45 mins. I was able to order a control board and get it Monday. Mark came back out and installed it Monday afternoon. He did a really great job and I highly recommend his services.

Mark from no bs repairs was professional and extremely knowledgeable. My wife's 2017 buick had some issues on our travel from New Jersey to Maryland and as luck would have it repair shopS it the area we were staying are closed on Sunday's .found No Bs Repairs on line called and Mark was out here as soon as he could .repair was completed: he was very upfront with cost .I would highly encourage anyone to call Mark owner of No BS REPAIRS FOR ANY CAR AND RV REPAIRS THEY MAY NEED.. I WISH I COULD GIVE HIM 10 STARS ..

I would definitely recommend No B.S. Repair for RV repairs. I broke a leaf spring (suspension) on my travel trailer and Mark was able to get new springs ordered and installed, at my campsite, in time for me to continue my trip on schedule. And thanks to Mark, I did not have to alter my vacation plans in any way. It is great to have Techs like Mark around for emergency repairs. Thank you!
